These numbers aren’t just spreadsheets, they’re a stewardship plan to steward resources faithfully as we pursue our mission: to invite others into a vibrant life formed around Jesus.
Why focus on finances? Many church plants don’t survive beyond the first three years, and a leading contributor is poor financial health, insufficient fundraising, unclear budgets, or lack of sustainable giving. We want to be diligent in our fundraising and careful in our spending while at the same time trusting the Lord to provide. Sound financial practices don’t replace faith; they enable faithful ministry.

Launch budget: start‑up expenses and one‑time costs required to get The Table open and welcoming.
First‑year budget: staffing, programming, facilities, and outreach costs that allow us to establish a healthy rhythm of worship, community, and discipleship.
Three‑year goals: sustainable giving targets, planned staff growth, and ministry milestones that demonstrate stability and capacity to multiply impact.
Our approach
Prayerful dependence: we commit to seeking the Lord’s guidance for every financial decision and invite the community to pray with us for provision.
Strategic fundraising: clear goals, diversified income streams (founding partners, recurring givers, events, and grants), and transparent reporting to build trust with supporters.
Responsible stewardship: conservative budgeting, regular financial review, and contingency planning to protect ministry continuity.
Measurable milestones: quarterly financial checkpoints and ministry metrics so we can adapt early if trends suggest risk.
